Aniimo Resonance Star-Up and Ascension Guide
A source-labelled Aniimo Resonance guide explaining Star-Up, Ascension, material roles, progression gates and safe upgrade decisions without unverified cost tables.

Resonance is separate from level and Potential
Version 1.0 help records place Resonance inside Aniimo Training. Star-Up adds staged attribute progress, while Ascension opens the next stage. Capability Awakening raises Acquired Potential separately; do not spend Star Dust as if it were a Resonance material.
What the official launch letter confirms
Pawprint Studio confirms training caps now unlock gradually with Aniimo level and Resonance star rank. The same letter confirms Capability Awakening below level 60 can be reset, but it does not publish a full Resonance stage table, fixed costs or universal farming route.

The version 1.0 menu workflow
Community records based on the 1.0 client describe a loop: open Aniimo Training → Resonance, use the regional Dewdrop Crystal shown for the current Star-Up, fill the stage, meet the displayed level requirement, then use the listed elemental or additional materials to Ascend. Treat the current preview as authoritative.
Material names have different jobs
The community record separates regional Dewdrop Crystals used for Star-Up from elemental materials used at Ascension. Star Dust, Star Sand and Starcryst Essence belong to Capability Awakening instead. Read the selected Aniimo's current material panel rather than assuming every family uses one identical route.
A safe upgrade order
Choose an Aniimo that is already part of the active plan, complete only the currently available fixed steps, reserve the materials shown for the next Ascension, and stop when a level or version gate appears. Do not drain a second team member to copy an unversioned endgame table.
How Resonance affects other progression
The official letter links Resonance star rank to gradually unlocked Capability caps. Community records also describe Resonance stage and star rank as part of compatible inheritance. This does not mean Resonance, Potential and level are the same system.
Farming evidence boundary
Version 1.0 guides point players toward Alpha encounters and challenge categories for relevant materials. Exact drop rates, daily limits, total stage costs and fastest routes are not published by the official site, so this page does not present them as permanent facts.
Before confirming Ascension
Check the Aniimo's level, current stars, named regional crystal, elemental material, any additional requirement and the previewed bonus. If any field differs from this guide, follow the live client and report the difference.
Resonance decision table
| Screen state | Safe action | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Star-Up available | Use the material named on the current Aniimo panel | Version 1.0 client workflow |
| Stage stars complete | Review level and every displayed Ascension material | Client preview is authoritative |
| Level gate blocks progress | Return to level, evolution or another system | No material bypass is confirmed |
| Material missing | Use the live source list or challenge category | No universal drop rate published |
| Replacing an invested Aniimo | Review compatible inheritance before rebuilding | Official Capafruit transfer; other fields community-recorded |
This table explains decisions, not fixed costs. Values and source lists can change by version.
FAQ
What is Resonance in Aniimo?
It is a staged training system. Version 1.0 records describe Star-Up steps followed by Ascension into the next stage.
Is Resonance the same as Capability Awakening?
No. Resonance uses its own staged workflow, while Capability Awakening raises Acquired Potential with separate materials.
What materials does Resonance use?
Version 1.0 records describe regional Dewdrop Crystals for Star-Up and displayed elemental or additional materials for Ascension. Check the current Aniimo panel for exact names.
Does levelling automatically Ascend an Aniimo?
No. Community records say the level requirement only opens eligibility; you still confirm the displayed Ascension materials and action.
Can Resonance progress move through inheritance?
Version 1.0 community records say compatible inheritance can move Resonance stage and star rank. The official letter independently confirms Capafruit transfer, not every inheritance field.
Where should I farm Resonance materials?
Use the current item's source list and the relevant challenge category. The official public site does not provide a permanent drop-rate or fastest-route table.
