Aniimo Potential and Personality Guide
Understand Aniimo Potential, appraisal, Capability Awakening and Personality with official launch facts, version-labelled client observations and safe upgrade checks.

Potential and Personality are separate
The version 1.0 public-build records describe Potential as attribute quality split into Innate and Acquired progress, while Personality is a separate set of traits. Do not treat a good personality as proof of high Potential, or an appraisal grade as a complete build verdict.
What the official launch letter confirms
Pawprint Studio says high-Potential 9/9 and 10/10 wild Aniimo became more common, a Sparkling Cube guarantees Perfect Potential, Capability caps unlock gradually with level and Resonance, sub-level-60 Capability Awakening can be reset with materials returned, and Capafruit transfers through inheritance. The letter does not publish a complete appraisal table or personality bonus list.

Appraise before committing scarce materials
A version 1.0 help-center record says appraisal reveals a caught Aniimo's Potential information. Compare the attributes used by the live skill kit, current role and intended team before investing; a single grade should not replace reading the full panel.
Innate and Acquired Potential
Community public-build records distinguish Innate Potential obtained with the individual from Acquired Potential added through Capability Awakening. Exact caps, costs and material bands are client observations unless the official site states them, so this guide deliberately avoids presenting competitor cost tables as permanent rules.
Personality is a separate decision
Version 1.0 community records say Personality does not change through levelling or evolution and can be changed with Psyche Fruit. Exact trait percentages, best-in-slot combinations and shop costs are not published on the official public site; verify the current Personality panel before spending.
A safe keep, train or replace workflow
First confirm species, form and current skills; then appraise Potential; next compare role-relevant attributes; check Personality separately; finally review existing investment and inheritance options. This is Aniimo.GG editorial guidance, not an official tier list.
Inheritance reduces replacement risk
The official launch letter confirms Capafruit effects transfer automatically during inheritance. Version 1.0 community help records also describe moving training progress between compatible Aniimo. Confirm both sides, compatibility and the current preview before accepting; do not assume Personality or every identity field transfers.
Evidence boundary
Official facts above come from Pawprint Studio's launch letter. Menu paths and Personality behavior are version-labelled community observations from the public 1.0 client. Disputed probabilities, fixed prices and universal best personalities are intentionally excluded.
Potential and Personality decision checklist
| Check | Use it for | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| Official launch changes | Current high-Potential, reset, Capafruit and Sparkling Cube boundaries | A complete Potential formula |
| Appraisal panel | Compare the individual copy's visible attribute information | Overall combat strength by grade alone |
| Current skill and role | Choose which attributes matter to this build | A universal best spread |
| Personality panel | Review a separate trait layer | That Personality equals Potential |
| Inheritance preview | Confirm what the live client will move | That every identity field transfers |
When community records and the live client differ, follow the current client and report the discrepancy.
FAQ
Is Personality the same as Potential?
No. Version 1.0 client records show them as separate systems: Potential concerns attribute progression, while Personality is a separate trait layer.
Does a high Potential grade guarantee the best Aniimo?
No. It is one input. Current skills, role, form, Personality and the content you play still matter.
Can Capability Awakening be reset?
The official launch letter says it can be reset below level 60 with training materials returned. Check the current client for the exact confirmation and any cost.
Does Sparkling Cube guarantee Perfect Potential?
Yes. Pawprint Studio's September 3 launch letter explicitly says Aniimo caught with a Sparkling Cube have guaranteed Perfect Potential.
Does Personality change when an Aniimo evolves?
Version 1.0 community records say no and point to Psyche Fruit as the change method. This is a client observation, not a permanent official-site rule.
What should I check before inheritance?
Review source, recipient, compatibility, previewed progress and returned materials in the current client. The official letter confirms Capafruit transfer, not every community-described field.
