Steam Lists 13 Text Languages and Four Full-Audio Languages
English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean currently have full-audio support on Steam.
A September 1 recheck of Steam shows 13 languages with interface and subtitle support.

English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean are marked for full audio. Traditional Chinese and the other eight listed text languages are not currently marked for full audio.
