Aniilog is more than a species list

The official Compendium confirms the current species, forms, roles, elements and family information. Version 1.0 client records add a separate Research layer inside Aniilog, where Field Notes and topics track what you have observed or completed.

What the official launch announcement confirms

Pawprint Studio says catching and collecting Aniimo advances Aniilog milestones that award exclusive Aniimo accessories. This confirms the collection-to-reward relationship, but the official public site does not publish every Research Point threshold, topic count or accessory-slot rule.

Open the entry and read the clue

Version 1.0 community records describe opening an Aniimo's Aniilog entry, selecting its Research or Field Notes area and reading each visible completion clue. Track the wording shown for the current form or family instead of following an unversioned checklist.

Research topics use different actions

Community public-build records show topic patterns such as using skills, observing behaviour, catching or defeating a target, obtaining a form, evolving, photographing and completing other named actions. The exact set varies, so one species' list must not be copied to every family.

Family and form boundaries matter

The 1.0 records indicate that some Research progress is shared within a family while certain observations remain tied to a form or displayed clue. Check which entry is selected before assuming a task completed on one form covers another.

A safe field workflow

Before leaving an Outpost, pin one or two incomplete clues; combine them with the current region, catching route or team; perform the exact named action; then reopen Aniilog and verify progress. This avoids grinding an action that the current topic does not count.

Research Points, crowns and appearance

Community guides describe Research Points feeding crown-style milestones and additional accessory capacity. Treat the current client display as authoritative: exact thresholds, maximum slots and reward contents are versioned client observations unless Pawprint Studio publishes them.

Keep Research separate from collection bookmarks

Aniimo.GG's local collection bookmark only saves a browser-side preference and does not change game progress. Official Aniilog Research, rewards and accessory slots exist in the game account and must be completed in the client.

Evidence boundary

Official facts are limited to the Compendium and launch announcement. Field Notes, topic patterns, shared progress and crown behaviour are labelled as version 1.0 community observations. No disputed shortcut, automation method or fixed completion time is presented as official.

Camera modes — version 1.0 community record

The September 17 camera help record distinguishes Creative Mode for free framing, Selfie Mode for the character and Follow Mode for moving shots. Its Edit Aniimo screen positions party companions; return to Snap Mode before shooting. Follow the current on-screen controls rather than assuming one platform's keybinding applies everywhere.

A research photo is not just a saved screenshot

The same record describes a camera indicator above a wild Aniimo performing a special behavior. Read the selected Field Note first, photograph the named subject and behavior through the in-game camera, then reopen Aniilog to check recognition. Aniimo.GG recommends changing one condition at a time if it does not count; a system screenshot or a decorative portrait alone does not establish completion.

Reporting and claiming are separate checks

The version 1.0 Aniilog record describes Research Console reporting at an Outpost for catch research. The October 1 illustrated community guide separately shows completed Topics claimed in Aniilog before checking family Crown and Appearance capacity. Inspect the relevant screen instead of treating a pending report, an unclaimed topic and a locked slot as one problem; no universal point threshold is inferred.

Album proof: preserve evidence, do not bypass protection

The October 1 third-party walkthrough reports that some Album photos serve as research proof. This is a community observation, not an independently verified rule for every image or platform. If deletion is unavailable, inspect the selected photo and research status, retain it while troubleshooting and use official support if unclear. Aniimo.GG does not recommend editing game files to force deletion.

FAQ

Why did my research photo not count?

Check the exact Field Note, selected form, named behavior and in-game camera recognition. The version 1.0 record describes photographing special behavior, not merely saving any screenshot.

Why is a completed objective not reflected in my rewards?

Inspect the correct completion stage: Outpost catch reporting, Aniilog topic claim, then the relevant milestone or Appearance slot. These are separately documented community workflows, not a single automatic reward action.

Can I force-delete a protected Album photo?

Do not bypass game restrictions. A third-party walkthrough notes research-proof photos; check the photo and research state or ask official support before removing evidence.

What is Aniilog Research?

Version 1.0 client records describe it as Field Notes and topic objectives attached to Aniimo entries, separate from simply viewing the species index.

Are Aniilog rewards official?

Yes at a high level. The launch announcement says collection milestones award exclusive Aniimo accessories, but it does not publish the complete threshold table.

Do all forms share Research progress?

Community records indicate some family progress is shared, while some observations depend on the selected form or clue. Check the current entry before assuming.

Why did an action not count?

Confirm the exact Aniimo, form, skill, target and condition named by the live clue, then repeat one controlled action and recheck Aniilog.

Does the Aniimo.GG bookmark update my game?

No. It is a local browser preference only. In-game Research must be completed and claimed in Aniimo.

How many accessory slots can Research unlock?

Community guides record additional capacity, but the official public site does not publish a permanent maximum. Use the current in-game milestone preview.
