The Time to Aniimo participation window ended on September 3, 2026 at 23:59 UTC+8. Do not treat an old event page, wishlist, or store pre-order as a new registration route after that cutoff.
What the milestone campaign offered
The official campaign listed Glimmer ×200 at 10 million registrations, Aniipod Ultra ×2 at 15 million, the Companion Promise avatar frame at 20 million, and the Sunlit Meadow outfit at 30 million. These are campaign records, not a promise that every reward is automatically visible in every account.
Use the same email for event-linked rewards
The original event notice required the event email to match the email used for the first launch character. Keep access to that mailbox and avoid creating the first character with a different address if you are checking an event-linked reward.
How Beta reward claims work
The official reward guidance says to use the email used during the test and follow the in-game claim instructions. If an existing character cannot accept the reward, use official in-game support rather than creating a second character or sharing account access.
Check launch rewards in the right place
Launch announcements and event rewards are different programs. Check the current in-game mailbox, official notices, and the account tied to your character before assuming a reward is missing.
Wishlist, registration and paid packs are different actions
A website registration, Steam wishlist, mobile pre-order and console pack are separate actions. Aniimo's base game is free; optional PlayStation packs are not required to play or to establish a reward entitlement.
Keep evidence for support
Save the account email, platform, character/server details and the relevant official announcement. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment details to anyone claiming to resolve a reward issue.
