Community launch reports

Public player reports are leads, not proof. We do not reproduce third-party images or treat a single report as a confirmed game-wide issue.

Official boundary

The official PC and console FAQ is the source for supported download routes, same-server progress sharing and documented installation troubleshooting. It does not confirm every community report above.

Steam says “game not released” after the service time

Several launch-thread commenters reported that fully restarting Steam made the Play button work after the scheduled service time. This is a community workaround, not an official fix; check Steam’s current status before reinstalling.

Account, email-link and reward questions

Players reported missing email-link prompts, verification-code issues and questions about pre-registration or Beta rewards. Do not share codes or account credentials in public. The official FAQ documents Steam-to-Aniimo Pass linking, but individual account resolution belongs with official support. Save the exact error, time, platform and server before opening a support ticket; do not unlink or create extra accounts in an attempt to repair a binding issue.

Tutorial and reconnect reports

Some players reported tutorial triggers failing or an auto-reconnect loop after character creation. Other commenters said closing and reopening the game preserved their character. This is not confirmed for every platform or server.

Controller and targeting reports

Launch-thread reports mention controller detection, PS5 targeting and input behavior. One PC player said disabling Steam Input restored expected controller prompts, but this is an unverified individual setup note—not a universal fix. Include device, controller type and platform when reporting it.

Steam Deck, Linux and handheld reports

Launch-day discussions include menu crashes and compatibility problems on Steam Deck and Linux-based systems. A community update says Steam Deck is not currently recommended; this is not a published compatibility certification. Do not buy hardware or change operating-system settings based on a single report.
